Shipping Policy for LVLUP Health.

About LVLUP Health
LVLUP Health aims to process and deliver orders as quickly and securely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery expectations, Shipping Protection coverage, and customer responsibilities when placing an order.
LVLUP Health is operated by Kyana International Limited.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery timeframes are:
- United States: approximately 3-10 business days.
- International Orders: approximately 14-30 business days.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs inspections, courier delays, regulatory requirements, weather events, peak shipping periods, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping & Tracking
Orders are fulfilled through approved third-party logistics and shipping providers, including ShipBob and other authorised fulfilment partners.
Once your order has been dispatched:
- Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
While LVLUP Health will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery-related enquiries, we cannot guarantee carrier performance or delivery timeframes.
Risk of Loss & Liability
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier, except where Shipping Protection has been purchased or where required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LVLUP Health is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, delays, delivery failures, customs actions, or other shipping-related issues occurring after an order has been transferred to a third-party carrier.
Customs, Duties & Import Requirements
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring LVLUP Health products may be legally imported into their country or jurisdiction.
- Compliance with all local laws and regulations relating to dietary supplements.
- Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, permits, inspections, licences, or government charges that may apply.
LVLUP Health does not guarantee successful customs clearance.
Except where required by applicable law, LVLUP Health is not responsible for delays, seizures, destruction, returns, refusals, inspections, or other actions imposed by customs authorities, regulatory agencies, or government bodies.
Orders seized, destroyed, delayed, returned, refused entry, or otherwise affected by customs or regulatory authorities due to import restrictions, local regulations, or customer non-compliance are generally not eligible for refund, replacement, reshipment, store credit, or other compensation.
Customers are strongly encouraged to check local import requirements before placing an order.
Restricted Shipping Countries
LVLUP Health does not currently ship to certain countries due to regulatory, customs, operational, or fulfilment restrictions.
These countries currently include:
- Austria
- Brazil
- China
- Germany
- India
- Indonesia
- Ireland
- Israel
- Japan
- Mexico
- Netherlands
- Russia
- South Korea
- Switzerland
- Thailand
- Ukraine
LVLUP Health reserves the right to modify this list at any time.
Orders placed to restricted destinations may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection may be purchased at checkout to provide coverage for eligible loss, theft, or shipping-related damage occurring during transit.
Coverage may apply where:
- A carrier confirms a package has been lost in transit.
- A package has been stolen after delivery and supporting evidence is provided.
- Products arrive visibly damaged due to transit.
Shipping Protection does not cover:
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Customs delays, inspections, import restrictions, or regulatory actions.
- Orders shipped to restricted jurisdictions.
- Deliveries made to hotels, freight forwarders, parcel forwarding services, PO boxes, virtual mailboxes, or other third-party delivery locations.
Non-Fixed or Third-Party Delivery Addresses
Deliveries made to hotels, freight forwarders, parcel forwarding services, PO boxes, virtual mailboxes, or other third-party delivery locations are made at the customer's risk and may not be eligible for refund, replacement, reshipment, or Shipping Protection claims where delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
How to Submit a Shipping Protection Claim
To submit a claim, please contact:

Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Supporting photographs or documentation where applicable.
Claims relating to non-delivery should generally be submitted no earlier than six weeks after shipment.
Shipping Protection claims involving theft may require supporting evidence including photographs, police reports, carrier documentation, security footage, or other reasonable evidence requested by LVLUP Health.
Claim Resolution
Approved Shipping Protection claims may be resolved through:
- Product replacement.
- Store credit.
- Another reasonable remedy determined by LVLUP Health.
Cash refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
LVLUP Health reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy based on the circumstances of each claim.
Force Majeure
LVLUP Health is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labour disputes, transportation interruptions, customs delays, government actions, cyber incidents, power outages, or other force majeure events.
Policy Updates
LVLUP Health may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be published on our website and will take effect upon publication.
