LVLUP Health is a wellness and performance supplement brand operated by Kyana International Limited.
For clarity:
- LVLUP Health is the brand name presented on our website and marketing materials.
- Kyana International Limited is the legal company name that may appear on invoices, receipts, payment records, and bank or credit card statements.
Where the billing descriptor or legal entity name has been clearly disclosed during the purchasing process, LVLUP Health reserves the right to dispute chargebacks arising solely from confusion regarding the billing descriptor or legal entity name.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Customers may modify, add to, or cancel their order within 30 minutes of purchase by logging into their customer portal.
Within this 30-minute window, customers may:
- Update products within their order.
- Add additional products to their order.
- Cancel their order and receive store credit.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfilment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and consumable products, products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange for change-of-mind reasons.
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, subject to approval.
This restriction does not apply where:
- The incorrect product was supplied.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product is defective.
- A product quality issue has been identified.
- A remedy is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
In these circumstances, LVLUP Health may, at its discretion or where required by law, provide a replacement product, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Photographs where applicable.
Return instructions will be provided once the request has been reviewed.
Unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@lvluphealth.com within 7 days of delivery.
Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be requested.
Approved claims may be resolved through:
- Replacement product.
- Store credit.
- Refund where appropriate.
Refunds & Store Credit
LVLUP Health aims to resolve customer concerns fairly and reasonably.
Our preferred resolution for approved product issues is replacement product or store credit.
Refunds may be provided where required by applicable consumer law or where approved by LVLUP Health in accordance with this policy.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible and are typically processed within 7-10 business days following approval.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
LVLUP Health reserves the right to provide payment processors with relevant order records, delivery confirmation, policy acceptance records, and customer communications when responding to chargebacks or disputes.
Unauthorised, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension or termination of the customer account.
- Refusal of future orders.
- Recovery of chargeback fees and associated administration costs where permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
Shipping Protection
Loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit is governed by our Shipping Policy and any Shipping Protection purchased at checkout.
Where Shipping Protection has been purchased, approved claims may be resolved through replacement product, store credit, or another reasonable remedy determined by LVLUP Health.
Shipping Protection does not cover issues arising from incorrect shipping addresses, customs actions, import restrictions, or regulatory requirements imposed by the destination jurisdiction.
Non-Fixed or Third-Party Delivery Addresses
Deliveries made to hotels, freight forwarders, parcel forwarding services, PO boxes, virtual mailboxes, or other third-party delivery locations are made at the customer's risk and may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or reshipment where delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
Customs & Import Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that LVLUP Health products may be legally imported into their country or jurisdiction.
Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, inspections, permits, licences, or regulatory requirements that may apply.
Except where required by applicable law, LVLUP Health is not responsible for delays, seizures, destruction, returns, refusals, inspections, or other actions imposed by customs authorities, regulatory agencies, or government bodies.
Orders seized, destroyed, delayed, returned, or refused by customs or regulatory authorities due to import restrictions, local regulations, or customer non-compliance are generally not eligible for refund, replacement, reshipment, store credit, or other compensation, except where required by applicable law.
